1855 : Establishment of the establishment
1887 : Central heating is installed
1900 : Running water arrives in the rooms
1907 : The Frachot family takes over the management of the establishment.
1920 : The second generation of Frachot arrives
1925 : Ten new rooms are created
1939 : The third generation moves in
1967 : The bar is created on the ground floor.
1968 : The restaurant room changes its style
1977 : The fourth generation takes over
1980 : The 50 seat lounge is created on the 1st floor.
1981 : The bar cellar opens its doors
1985 : Computer science makes its entrance
1987: Complete renovation of the hotel’s ¾ All rooms now have toilets with shower or bath, direct dial telephone, television, automatic alarm clock and double glazed soundproofing.
1990 : Complete transformation of the kitchen
1991 : The living room on the 1st floor is enlarged and air-conditioned.
1992 : The facade is redone
1993 : The corridors are embellished

1994 : Reception is modernized
1995 : Hotel air conditioning
1996 : The rooms are redone to new
1997 : The restaurant is air-conditioned
1998 : Pay-TV system installed in all rooms
1999 : The company enters the web
2000 : The restaurant changes its decoration and furniture.
2002 : The rooms are redone and equipped with duvets.
2004 : The wifi comes into the house
2005 : The establishment celebrates its 150th anniversary!
2006 : The hotel lobby changes its decor.
2007 : The wine bar takes on a contemporary style
2008 : The restaurant’s dishes are changed
2009 : The carpets in the rooms are replaced by parquet flooring.
2010 : The 36 windows of the establishment are entirely changed in triple glazing.
2011 : The renovation of 20 bathrooms is undertaken
2012 : Rooms are equipped with large-screen wall-mounted TVs
2013 : The restaurant is changing its scenery
2016 : Renovation of the restaurant’s brightly coloured façade
2018 : Bringing the reception of persons with reduced mobility into line with standards
2019 : Renovation and modernization of seminar & banquet rooms
2020 : Integral transformation of the hotel and restaurant reception area
